Mitrelle will instruct you to make your way to the tower while she distracts Strom. You will need to slay any guards that become alerted to your presence. Proceed to the tower and do not be seen by Strom. You will need to enter the great hall and make your way up the stairs on the right hand side. Be mindful of stealth enemies in this area.
