It’s October and the Halloween events are already rolling in for our favorite online games. This week RuneScape joins the fray with “Missing, Presumed Death,” a new mystery that challenges players to solve the case of a missing person. The person in this case, Death. Is Death dead, missing, or worse? Missing, Presumed Death – A RuneScape Mystery.

There’s something afoot in RuneScape: Death has seemingly abandoned his post as the harbinger of souls and the recently departed are in disarray!  Missing, Presumed Death is a new supernatural sleuthing quest that invites players to team up with the god of the Underworld in order to get to the bottom of the macabre riddle. 

Featuring a spectacular new area, fiendish puzzles, battles against the walking dead, gods, mortals and rewards suitable for all players, Missing, Presumed Death sets the scene for a brand new storyline which will be at the core of RuneScape lore.

Missing, Presumed Death launches today and can be played by all players through the game’s new Bonds system – allowing players to purchase membership with in-game gold.
