BioWare launched Dragon Age 2 earlier this year and they're wasting no time getting to work on Dragon Age 3. G4TV.com recently picked up on the news, which was confirmed in a Twitter post from BioWare's Senior Director, Creative Development Alistair McNally, who stated in the post:

I'm looking for exceptional environment artists to join me at #BioWare Edmonton, Canada to work on #DragonAge3
