Tina can be found in the Thirsty Dog Inn.

Sigurd is pleased with your actions and feels that you are on your way to remembering your lost skills. Apparently the spilling of Pictish blood is very therapeutic. Unfortunately there is another issue. Tina’s brother Si-Khu, was supposed to meet with Arias but he has yet to turn up. Sigurd will have you speak with Tina to try and figure out the young boys location. Speak with Tina and learn what you can about Si-Khu. She can be found next to the bar near Sigurd in the Thirsty Dog Inn.

Tina's brother is missing and you will need to find him.
