After eliminating the enemies that were foolish enough to attack you, make your way to the Rum ‘n Rumble Inn to speak with Captain Phoenic. He has more information on Si-Khu’s location. You can Find Captain Phoenic at the Rum ‘n Rumble Inn in Tortage. The Rum ‘n Rumble is on a beached boat at coordinates 1058, 767. Captain Phoenic can be found on the top deck staggering drunk. Speak with hi to learn more about Si-Khu.
