"Tina's brother Si-Khu arrived on a ship today, but is missing. I should search the harbor for him. I'll probably have to talk to a harbor guard to find the right ship."

Search the harbor for Si-Khu

The Harbor Guard has a little information that will help you.

After speaking with Tina you will learn that Si-Khu arrived on a ship today. Arias was on his way to meet the boy when he was arrested by the Red Hand for being an agent of King Conan and taken to White Sands Isle. Si-Khu never turned up after that and Tina is concerned that something may have happened to him. Tina wants you to search the harbor in Tortage and try to find Si-Khu’s whereabouts. Perhaps one of the harbor guards has some information.

Make your way east to the harbor and you will find the harbor guard at coordinates 1070, 688. Speak with him and you won’t learn much but he will tell you to speak with the Harbor Master as he may know more.
