"Tina has asked me to break into the lighthouse to rescue Si-Khu. The guards there should have keys to the locked door. I must fight them and then talk to Si-Khu. The lighthouse is in the southern harbor area, behind the warehouses."

Valeria will arrive to lend aid.

You learn that the hooded figure that slit the harbor masters throat is named Quesado. He is Strom’s assassin. Tina is distraught about the situation and she wants you to break into the lighthouse and free Si-Khu. She believes Ninus at the Temple of Mitra can do something about the poison. The door will be locked so you will need to get a key from one of the guards. You could try asking one for their key. I suggest asking with a stiff club across the cranium. That usually works for me and its therapeutic. The lighthouse can be found in Tortage Harbor at coordinates 1207, 618.

When you reach the lighthouse area you will meet a member of the Tortage Resistance that has come to lend aid in the rescue. Her name is Valeria expect her to be a bit of help but she mostly serves as a distraction and not much on damage dealing. She will attack one side and you the other. When you finish with the ones on your side, jump over and help Valeria.You will still need to do a fair share of work. Cut a line through the guards and get to the lighthouse.

Once you reach the lighthouse you will need to defeat a mini-boss called the Harbor Guard Captain for the key. Just take out the minions around him first and deal with him with your combos.
