There are a lot of things to like about Armored Warfare, so we’re pleased to present our readers with news of the fifth Early Access test which begins today. As with previous tests, a host of new content is being added today, including new vehicles, maps, missions, and even a kill camera. Not to be confused with Kill Hannah which is something else entirely.
Early Access 5 runs from September 3 through September 20, giving players just over two full weeks to test and tinker with the latest updates. A new vehicle being added is the FV721 Fox, a light armored vehicle which is a classic British reconnaissance vehicle from the 1970s. Scanning through the specs for the vehicle, we didn’t see roller skates and disco balls in the mix, but we’re fairly certain they must be there somewhere.
Some interesting tidbits on the Fox include:
- Total length including the gun: 5.08 meters
- Hull length: 4.22 meters
- Width: 2.13 meters
- Roof height: 1.98 meters
- Total weight including optics: 2.2 meters
- Clearance: 0.3 meters
A new video has also been released showcasing the Fox, so be sure to check that puppy out below.
Additional info on the fifth Early Access test can be found on the official Armored Warfare website, along with a detailed look at the newly added Fox. To participate in the test, you can also sign up for a chance to join, or you can also snag guaranteed access if you opt to purchase one of the three available Founder’s Packs.
