A new quest is now available from Osiris.  The quest is called Exploring the Corridors of Time.   This Reddit thread is the catch-all of information at the moment. 

Osiris sends you to explore the Corridors of Time, freely, but without much, if any guidance as to where to go and what to search for. 

The quest itself is a puzzle and a very, very challenging one at that.   Previous excursions into the Corridors of Time were straight-forward.  There was one entry and one exit from every room.  Players simply found the exit that was open and continued on.   This time it is far more complicated.  This time there are multiple exits, each with a symbol over their doorways.  

It didn't take long for Guardians to realize that these symbols were the same ones that are on the four Obelisks that were added to the game during Season of Dawn. 

The Obelisk "control panels" show different hexagon combinations of symbols.  The symbols are snake, four-leaf clover, plus sign, hexagon, and diamond.  

Step 1: Get the Quest from Osiris.  

Head to Mercury and talk to Osiris for the quest. 

Step 2: Visit the Obelisks

Visit each Obelisk and write down the symbols starting at the top right, going clockwise and working in.  

NOTE: These symbols change as time passes, but old "paths" still work.  Return to the Obelisks to get new paths to follow.

Step 3: Travel the Corridors of Time

Head to the Corridors of Time and follow the paths you copied down until you come to the Vault Rooms.  Each Vault Room will have a symbol and pillars of varying heights below it.

The vault will also have a "grave" with a sword, but if you approach it you will be teleported out.   Who does the sword belong to?  Are we going to bring back another Guardian or are we going to acquire a sword of great power?

In this current Destiny 2 "downtime" between events, it's nice to have something to work on.
