Ninus gets attacked

Talk to Ninus

Now run back to Ninus at the temple you passed on your way up here. As mentioned, the panthers may have respawned, so proceed with caution.

When you get to Ninus, you'll see he's being attacked by a rabble of Red Hands. Better help him out. They won't pose too much trouble, even though there are a few of them. They have low hit points, so slaughter away to save Ninus.

Once the enemies are dead, speak to Ninus. He will tell you that Si-Khu knows something that is a threat to Strom, and so everyone that comes into contact with the boy end up being hunted. He'll then point you inside to give the boy the herbs to heal him.
